Senior lecturer Diana Vecchio presented a paper entitled “Cuckolded Lords, Cruel Ladies?: The Use of Prudence in Medieval Literature” in a session on Medieval Women and the Worlds of Jews and Muslims. Also, Widener English alumna Samantha Przybylowicz, who is now pursuing a PhD in English at Northeastern University, presented a paper on “The Partitioning and Reduction of Maggie Tulliver’s Body in The Mill on the Floss” in a session devoted to Jane Austen and George Eliot.
